EQ Sight
EQ Sight is the user interface of the Energy Quotient platform. It presents each device’s data from EQ Coherence and, where EQ Syntropy is enabled, the reasoning EQ Syntropy performs across devices. Every EQ Gateway serves EQ Sight; it runs in the browser, with nothing to install.
Accessing EQ Sight
- Local network: open
http://[gateway-ip]from a computer on the same facility network as the gateway. Local access uses unencrypted HTTP, which is standard for LAN-only devices on trusted networks, and requires no login. It works on isolated networks with no internet connection. - Remote access (optional): open the
pq.appaddress assigned to your site. The connection is encrypted with TLS and requires sign-in. Contact support@eq.systems to add or manage users.
Contact your system administrator for your specific address.
Navigation
The green sidebar on the left switches between sections. The active section is highlighted.
| Icon | Section | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| EQ | Dashboard | Live supply, load and energy status for the site |
| Plug | Devices | The gateway’s device page, historical analysis and live instruments |
| Chat bubble | Analysis | Conversational queries over the gateway’s data, with inline plots. Shown only when EQ Syntropy is enabled. |
| Flask | JupyterLab | Python analysis environment, opened in a new window. Shown only on the EQ Lab Gateway. |
From the device page, Live Instruments opens the oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer and complex-plane views.
Time Zone
Pages that plot stored data have a time zone toggle in the header: the gateway’s local zone (for example, HST) or UTC. Timestamps, axes and exports follow the selected zone.
